Estimates

We may provide free estimates based on information you submit, photos, phone conversations, or an on-site assessment.

Any estimate is based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes, hidden conditions are discovered, access is limited, or additional work is requested.

 

Scheduling

Appointments and service dates are subject to availability, weather conditions, equipment needs, and job complexity. We make reasonable efforts to arrive as scheduled, but delays may occur due to weather, emergency work, traffic, or other circumstances outside our control.

 

Customer Responsibilities

By requesting service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and property information

• Identify known hazards, utilities, access limitations, pets, gates, fences, septic systems, irrigation systems, or underground structures

• Obtain any required permissions if you are not the property owner

• Ensure we have safe and reasonable access to the work area

Northern Roots Tree Service LLC is not responsible for damage to hidden or undisclosed items, including underground utilities, sprinkler systems, invisible fencing, septic components, drainage systems, or buried objects that were not disclosed before work begins.

 

Cleanup and Debris

Cleanup, hauling, wood removal, or debris removal may vary by project and estimate. Unless specifically included in writing, cleanup or hauling may be billed separately or quoted as an additional service.

 

Payments

Payment terms will be provided in your estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Payment is due according to the agreed terms. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to follow-up, collection efforts, or additional fees where permitted by law.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Northern Roots Tree Service LLC reserves the right to reschedule work due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or emergency service needs.

 

Safety

Tree work can be dangerous. For your safety, customers, residents, children, pets, and bystanders must remain outside the work area while services are being performed. We reserve the right to stop or delay work if the area is unsafe.

 

SMS/Text Messaging Terms
